Yes, it does. You can click the following link to go to the CRUS LLRnet info thread, which has links to download both the stock and SR5 versions for Windows and Linux:

The llr-clientconfig.txt included is set for Carlos's server on port 443 (the old Sierp. base 16 server), so you'll have to change it to crus.ironbits.net port 6. (I'll update the client archives and the thread soon.)
