2022-04-22, 00:10 #5 kar_bon     Mar 2006 Germany 2·1,487 Posts Please follow those suggestions given before: - post your reservation, given the k-value and the range you want to search - post all primes found when done Do not post so much small efforts every hours. There's a Wiki for those primes found and several users can fill in the results, but such small ranges are not helpful and time consuming when given. Your last post means what? Further reservation? So the second post is not correct now!? And why not starting at n=1? There's almost no time to include that small range, so others have to do this for you? You do not have to post links for FactorDB to primes found, only given the n-values is enough. Keep these hints in mind, please.

Small primes are not my target at the moment, if i would do that range, I would use cheap sieve primes.

Why not?

There are tables not edited since 14/15 years ago, and they are the first post. Are you really gonna contact this small post for not being in date?
link to table not edited since October 2007: https://www.mersenneforum.org/showpo...98&postcount=1
(sorry if this comes off as rude)

2022-04-22, 22:35 #7 kar_bon     Mar 2006 Germany 2×1,487 Posts The small range for n=1 to 10000 would take you no time when sieving with the whole reserved range, so do them, too. You can input those small primes into FactorDB but nobody is interested in them. Then you don't know of my pages here collecting primes data since 2007. Some k-values of the first post are available there with primes from n=1. The new Wiki will contain all data with historic entries, so we need a complete range from n=1. To keep admins time small, do a reservation in one post and the results in a second, nothing more is needed! Your ranges are too small for any Top5000 entry. Your untested n-ranges in the other thread are a mess for other searchers and I will not take your data from there!

Getting there when I get there.

I use 4 instances of LLR, and stopping really tangles up the ranges.
