While analysing M(23002333) overnight, Glucas spit out the error 'Carries too high final pass' and stopped. This was the last entry in glucas.out before it stopped (I record every 8000 iterations):
Iter. 1960000 ( 8.52%), Err= 0.000, 547.67 user 82% CPU (0.362 sec/iter). There was no results file. I just restarted Glucas, and it started over from the last save point. I'm still waiting on the same crash. Assuming it happens (and even if it doesn't): what does this error mean? |
