Is it possible to increase the decimal places shown in the outputs from 2 decimal places ie 0.00% to that of say 4 decimal places ie 0.0000%

In prime.ini (prime.txt for 25.x) add the PercentPrecision=n line. For the precision you showed, use PercentPrecision=4.

You can adjust how many decimal digits of precision are displayed
in lines output to the screen. In prime.txt enter a value between 0 and 6:
PercentPrecision=n
I always use PercentPrecision=6.
