What a CROCK. Their beliefs are accepted. But what they want is to USE those beliefs to discriminate
and cause harms to others.

Note also the prattle about "higher law than SCOTUS". These people think that they should be allowed
to ignore secular law if their beliefs say it is OK.

If true, I should be allowed to practice my belief: such people are total scum and should be executed on sight.

You're on very shaky ground there.

Secular laws passed by governments elected in free and fair elections have been ignored by those who's beliefs say that it's OK. Racial purity laws are a well-known example.

We have a lot of respect for individuals who practice civil disobedience. (For the right reasons, of course! We think this lady is misguided.)

We hope we would have the intestinal fortitude to "do the right thing" if needed.

She is not practicing civil disobediance. I could accept that she is except that her claim
of sincere religious objections is undermined by her 4 marriages (clearly in violation of the
claimed beliefs) and [as I just read] she has had two children without being married! (again
in violation of the claimed beliefs).

She is simply a hateful, bigotted lying piece of garbage.

She is a recent convert...in the last 5 years...after her marriages and divorces and after her out-of-wedlock pregnancies. So now that she has "found Christ" she feels it is her duty to impose him on everyone else.

Thanks for that information, gd_barnes, I certainly agree that converts and closet cases can be quite odious.
