Default GPU Testing programs

Can anyone suggest a decent GPU test programs?

If it seperates testing into gpu/gpu-ram even better.

Besides running mfaktc on exponents with known factors and CudaLucas on exponents with known residues?

You can try MemtestCL or MemtestG80.

Not really a testing program, but GPU Caps Viewer is a nice GPU information utility with monitoring and some demos for both OpenGL and OpenCL.

FurMark and OCCT are amazing at stress testing the GPU. The MemtestG80 is targeted specifically at vRAM. As for the shaders, well, games like Crysis, Vantage and probably other PhysX stuff. But afaik first two are most stressful, but if your GPU has crappy cooling, I highly recommend not to use them, especially for extended periods of time.
