I would upgrade my computer and buy a (couple of) GTX 580.

I would probably buy a Ford Mustang.

I would try to relocate to Australia and set up a company in the ICT.

If the lottery were over $15 sextillion (very unlikely to happen in the near future), I would pay the US national debt off with it, then use the rest of the money to start us on the way to interstellar travel (after launching the Terrestrial Planet Finder, James Webb Space Telescope, and many other proposed spacecraft).
