Unless I'm reading it incorrectly, that would be one of the 614 available DC shown in the 55000000 to 56000000 range. My attempts at getting one of these was met with "No assignment available" message. So then I tried 56000000 to 57000000. Also none available, even though the map says there are 4200. So I just let PrimeNet choose one for me figuring it would give me the lowest it had, and I got 59283823. I don't care at all, and will do the one assigned to me. But was just curious if the distribution map was wrong (not up-to-date) or I am not understanding the assignment rules, which is also highly probable.

It depends on your history, seriousness, credibility, turnover, account settings, etc. We wont want newcomers or trolls to reserve exponents in low ranges and stall them, blocking milestones. 2021-04-11, 18:18 #3 slandrum   Jan 2021 California 3708 Posts The lowest manual assignment you can get is a category 3 assignment, unless you've flagged your account to get the smallest possible exponents, in which case you can get a category 2 assignment. It looks like you got a category 3 assignment. https://www.mersenne.org/thresholds - It's stated on the assignment rules page. Last fiddled with by slandrum on 2021-04-11 at 18:19

Good enough, was just curious.

I've got my rules set to "get the smallest exponents." , and I'm ranked 57th overall in top producers for the last year. So I consider myself trustworthy!

Admittedly I prefer the TF and P-1 work over LL and PRP.

It was received at 2021-05-13 19:50, and of this writing anyway, the list goes all the way back to 2021-05-13 00:03. https://www.mersenne.org/report_expo...7339783&full=1

For some reason, only one of the two factors that make up the found composite factor was registered by Primenet. I recommend reaching out to James and sending him any necessary details that might help in fixing this error, as it may have happened more than once.

Here was the entry in my results.json.txt file (with my ID and Computer removed). I submitted it via the manual results upload page:

Code:
