Ah, so this is why threadbench has the option of skipping thread value 1024.

I don't think mine has any anomalies, but I'm not sure if I'm reading the threads benchmarking correctly

Those files look ok to me. Try some assigned DC and see if you get matching final residues. And maybe first some shorter runs on known primes with tabulated interim residues.
