Does RSP finding a prime effect PSP?

The idea of a smaller DAT is appealing.

No it doesn't make the project faster for us. If we find a prime then our dat gets shorter.

But their finding the prime, encourages us to continue the prime search.(Since we will be equally lucky and find a prime)
