I'm sure they have an actual name that could be used instead. I wouldn't want The Mawn finding M49. I'd want Andrew finding M49.

Back in the 80s, I worked at Northrop. Lots of pilots there. Once we flew to Catalina island for lunch and had buffalo burgers at the little airport cafe. It tasted like gamey beef. Neither rabbits nor horses actually fly despite all their legs leaving the ground. Nor do they taste like chicken. Not that chickens fly either. Snake and alligator taste more like chicken, I hear. Muybridge, of horse galloping photography history, was acquitted at trial.

Mods, feel free to extirpate my posts in this thread. I'm just bored.

Ah, the famous "Hundred dollar hamburger." Have paid for a couple of those myself. Not at Catalina mind you, but I know the drill.

Chickens do fly. I've seen Road Island Reds do 6 or 7 feet straight up, and up to 10 feet if they use a gentler ascent. I'm sure the leaner breeds in their native south-Asian jungles can do much better.
