sopt binary only processing the first polynomial
Hello! I'm currently getting all of my factoring utilities set up again, but I'm running into a really strange issue with CADO's sopt. For some reason, using a file with ~20k unique polynomials, sopt looks to only run on the first one, then keeps repeating optimization on the first optimized polynomial.
poly file contents sopt output more sopt output

Reproduced, this is a genuine bug. It's not there in revision 7eb15697 from last November so must have been introduced since then. Rolling back to that revision should sort you out for now.
Would you like to report this to the CADO mailing list or shall I?

Bug is now fixed, if you hadn't seen already.
