41693 is now done as well (with no surprises, I hope ;) ) and 40291 just hit n=5.7M. We're running right at 0.1M/day, so as long as we don't lose too many more cores, the initial goal of n=6M on May 5th should be doable. (or at least very, very close)
With April wrapped up, we've lost almost half of the cores compared to the peak of the effort but still going stronger than I would have guessed. We'll see what happens once the Cinco de Mayo challenge starts up... |

Primegrid's double-checking effort is progressing well. It may be done by the end of the month, if enough people join in:
http://pgllr.mine.nu:13000/all.html http://www.primegrid.com/forum_thread.php?id=3628 Pardon the advertisement, but any 5 or Bust searchers looking for a new project in November are more than welcome to try out the TPS project after the double-checking is complete. The short workunits will be a welcome break from this project's high n's. Or you can try solving the dual riesel problem if TPS isn't your cup of tea. |

Have just seen that there is a final push to finishing this project over at Primegrid. Have joined back in for the last run home.

Primegrid's doublecheck has just finished. No new PRPs discovered.

Yep, all done now. I expect there will a couple numbers to triple-check due to non-matching residues. Hopefully Phil can give us updates on that so we know when to celebrate for real. :)
Awesome project, thanks to Phil for heading this up. Was fun while it lasted! |

Did primgrid run this through boinc or prpnet? If boinc then triple-checks are quite possible done.

I am running triple checks and have found a discrepancy in about 5% of the first and double check residues. Had my fall term not been unusually busy, I would have taken up John at PrimeGrid on his offer to help with the triple checks, but at the moment, will have to wait until January to sort the rest of the triple checks out. (I do have a dual core crunching away in Oregon.)
