Problems on Prime95 v266

I have two issues, but I have no idea how to check what is wrong on my system. Can anyone advice me?

1: Run Prime95 (Blend/Small/Large) over night will cause worker #1 stop running by receive "ERROR: ILLEGAL SUMOUT". And Maximum number of warnings exceeded.
What kind of HW issue could be?

2: Run prime95 Blend with 1 thread, after 20-30mins,find work#1 show Self-test pass below test1. Won't show Test2, 3…
Normally, it should show many tests, not just only test1. Is it normal behavior?

I'm sorry yellowman that nobody has gotten back to you; that's a rather unusual occurrence here. I personally do not know enough about the program to tell you what causes each error, but if no one has replied in another day or two, you could try Private Messaging Prime95's creator (George Woltman), which can be done here.

On the data given, I think that issue in the CPU.
Try to decrease CPU/FSB frequency, try to decrease CPU loading (http://mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=15606), try another testing program (I use S&M, but it has only Russian interface).
Check temperature and voltage of the CPU by monitoring software, check capacitors on the motherboard.
If your CPU is old Athlon for Socket-462 then it may have got mechanical damage.
