This file: http://mersenneforum.org/gimps/p95v2511.zip contains only prime95.exe. I also checked http://mersenneforum.org/gimps/p64v2511.zip and it didn't have the documentation either.

The western US server's versions of p95v2511.zip (FTP and HTTP) have the .txt files.

Apparently it still hasn't propagated to all mirrors.

The mersenneforum.org mirror is not automatic, so if there is a change to the main mirror we have to sync it manually. (That means all you have to do is email or PM us and we will fix it.)

The mirror should be correct now.
