Hi, I know that this question is somewhat addressed in the FAQ, but I am still a bit lost.
I started running prime95 on a new computer, and it made the usual intermediate files on the desktop. Since it was a bit messy, I moved Prime95 into its own directory. I updated/rebooted the computer and apparently it saw that there was no worktodo, so it downloaded new exponent assignments into the directory that it is currently in. Since I had a lot of progress lost on those early exponents, how should I best transfer those files to the newer directory? Don't I need to alter the worktodo file as well? Thanks! |

Exit prime95.
Copy all the intermediate files from the old directory. Manually edit the two worktodo.txt files, copying lines from the old directory into the new directory's worktodo.txt. Restart prime95. |
