Default Why so many LLs of the same exponent?

Well I saw this:

Why is the same person doing so many LLs of the same exponent? Is there a special reason which I don't understand? Seems to be a waste of resources?

Computers can make boneheaded mistakes for us much more repeatedly and uncomprehendingly than we ever could before the computer age.

Or the worktodo file has become part of a master image.
