Default Apply the Ban Hammer

You must ban or not ban the user above you for some reason or other such as:

1. Their avatar

2. Their post

3. Their lack of prime finding ability

Please give a good/creative reason.

I will start:

I ban the person above me for not existing.

Idea stolen from elsewheres on the interwebs.

I don't ban the person above me by reason of a cool avatar.

BUT....... ()
I do ban the person above me because the post proves dickishness, to which the poster has previously admitted.

I don't ban the person above me because he starts threads in the soap box which I can actually understand. If he got himself banned it would all be over my head there.

This game isn't as funny if a mod plays it.

I ban the guy above for being a supermod!

(why can't we ban the guy below too?)

I ban the guy below if he bans me...

Agreed. They never play by the OP's rules, do they?

The guy below LaurV is not banning him. I don't ban him because I want someone else to say whether I'm banned or not.

Okay, you're banned for your infuriatingly even temper. You often make the supermods look bad.

I ban you all for a lack of puns in your banter.

I do NOT ban the preceding banner 'cause that would
unban his predecessor which would cause a ripple
effect banning all of us and I just couldn't handle
a world without the forum.
