Did you drop the RAM frequency to 3000 MHz in BIOS? This should make your system more stable and should cease any errors in runs of Prime95.

Days; not weeks.

You can calculate for yourself by looking at iterations per second; or ms per iteration.
It has to do the same number of iterations as the exponent you are testing.

You could shorten this time by either:
- Allocating more cores to each DC and doing less DC's under Test...Worker Windows
- Running DC on smaller exponents.

I did not have a chance to do so yet..Work and life got in the way and I have to send it out by tomorrow...So if you could share your thoughts regarding keeping the CPU+MBD I would appreciate it ...I have posted (2 or 3 posts above this)

I did not have a chance to do this yet...the return cut off is tommorow so I wont be able to complete this task before the deadline..>I should have started it last night but i was extremely tired and coultdnt process your suggestions..i will do so at a later point

A few people have had to reduce RAM clock speeds on such systems as yours.

Keep the hardware.

I don't think it's going to be difficult or costly to correct any instabilities....

@OP: your picture shows 8 workers, using 8 threads each. Does your CPU have 64 cores? (edit: I mean post #21, this tread still has two pages! sorry if it was asked or solved, I didn't read all the thread in depth, yet)

This is the info i found...I dont remember why I chose 8 workers and 8 threads (nor do I think I chose those number for any intelligent reason in particular)..i must have seen something somewhere...
# of CPU Cores 8
# of Threads 16
Base Clock 3.6GHz
Max Boost Clock Up to 4.4GHz
Please let me know if you have any further suggestions. I am going to do one of those DC processes one of the users had suggested in one of the previous comments. I plan on performing these tests next week. I can factor in your thoughts into the test as well.

Pls advise.
