Then you can use cudaLucas, still much faster than llrCuda, for mersenne numbers. Source available too.

gpuOwl is not cuda. You said you are interested specifically in cuda, and I just told you that, for mersenne numbers, if you want cuda, then cudaLucas is a WAY BETTER choice, compared with llrCuda.
