Default Known factors

Just found some small errors, 2 exponents shows 0 as a factor in "Known Factors":
http://www.mersenne.org/report_facto...B1=Get+Factors
http://www.mersenne.org/report_facto...B1=Get+Factors

but everything is fine in Exponent Status:

Bug found and fixed. The bugs (it took two bugs acting in concert) were in James' new manual submission form and in my common_record_factor factor code.
