Repeating ECM's with a known factor.
This is something which I do not understand the purpose of doing. There is so much repetition here as it is. My belief would be if a single factor is found, drop the exponent from the list and move on. The current ceiling for ECM's is 40M1. The bulk of this work is being done below 1million, according to the "Exponent Status Distribution" page on mersenne.org. Progress seems very slow when it could be faster...
