These exponents have been LL-tested at least once, but without a matching double-check. They have not been P-1 tested yet.
Put this at the start of your worktodo.ini file: Pfactor=27000217,67,1 Pfactor=27002251,67,1 Pfactor=27003299,67,1 Pfactor=27003671,67,1 Pfactor=27003869,67,1 Pfactor=27004547,67,1 Pfactor=27006227,67,1 Pfactor=27006751,67,1 Pfactor=27009571,67,1 Pfactor=27010421,67,1 Pfactor=27010843,67,1 Pfactor=27011689,67,1 Pfactor=27011909,67,1 Pfactor=27013211,67,1 Pfactor=27013843,67,1 Pfactor=27014063,67,1 Pfactor=27017443,67,1 Pfactor=27019459,67,1 Pfactor=27020321,67,1 Pfactor=27022319,67,1 Pfactor=27024817,67,1 Pfactor=27025469,67,1 Pfactor=27026977,67,1 Pfactor=27027089,67,1 Pfactor=27028213,67,1 Pfactor=27029027,67,1 Pfactor=27029599,67,1 Pfactor=27031153,67,1 Pfactor=27031339,67,1 Pfactor=27032539,67,1 Pfactor=27032879,67,1 Pfactor=27036461,67,1 Pfactor=27038969,67,1 Pfactor=27039151,67,1 Pfactor=27039589,67,1 Pfactor=27042539,67,1 Pfactor=27043703,67,1 Pfactor=27044191,67,1 Pfactor=27047743,67,1 Pfactor=27049073,67,1 Pfactor=27050911,67,1 Pfactor=27051833,67,1 Pfactor=27053657,67,1 Pfactor=27053893,67,1 Pfactor=27055883,67,1 Pfactor=27056153,67,1 Pfactor=27057287,67,1 Pfactor=27058897,67,1 Pfactor=27060289,67,1 Pfactor=27062723,67,1 Pfactor=27063037,67,1 Pfactor=27063599,67,1 Pfactor=27065161,67,1 Pfactor=27067399,67,1 Pfactor=27068189,67,1 Pfactor=27069223,67,1 Pfactor=27069961,67,1 Pfactor=27070529,67,1 Pfactor=27071311,67,1 Pfactor=27074111,67,1 Pfactor=27076583,67,1 Pfactor=27081709,67,1 Pfactor=27088447,67,1 Pfactor=27089149,67,1 Pfactor=27093863,67,1 Pfactor=27096647,67,1 Post here to claim this set. When you're finished, manually check in your results at http://mersenne-aries.sili.net and post your results here as well (preferrably include all results as an attached text file, and (optional) also quote found factors in message body). I nominate exponents 27000041 and 27000079 for addition to this list:
Pfactor=27000041,67,1 Pfactor=27000079,67,1 They've been P-1ed to only B1 = B2 = 10000, which is way below the B1 values of 255000, 320000, or 420000 to which their neighbors have been subjected. (Exponent 27000013 also has had only B1 = B2 = 10000, but is currently assigned for L-L by PrimeNet, so shouldn't be touched, for fairness to the assignee.) |

Nominations accepted. I can scan for these low-probability cases when generating these lists, but it quadruples the processing time so I usually don't... maybe I should start again...

(I'll send you a list for upcoming ranges.) What are your criteria for "low-probability cases"? (Generally, I scan for P1 < 100000, but not absolutely always.) Last fiddled with by cheesehead on 2006-08-26 at 21:20 |

I actually take the bother to calculate the actual factor probability using complex formulae I don't really understand (but results do match up with what Prime95 reports for those bounds). That's why my method is unpleasantly slow. However, I only go through the probability calculation when B1 is < 95% of what I calculate it should probably be. If the actual probability of finding a factor is less than 0.5% then I consider that as something that should be re-factored.
If you're already scanning for them, then feel free to post/PM/email me about ones you find. |

I've reworked my scanning code and it's faster now (and with fewer bugs
), so I should find all these as a matter of course from now on.I've put the larger ranges in their own thread. Last fiddled with by James Heinrich on 2006-08-27 at 20:51 |
