Moderators and move of threads

I was trying to answer a question by a user and searched for previous posts on the subject. I could not find them, but I was sure they existed. I finally found them in the Lounge. Now I would like to ask a moderator to move them to the logical places.

Here is the question, is it possible to see who is moderator of which forum or sub forum ? On some subforums one can see who the moderators are. In the Mersenne Wiki for instance.

I suppose it answers my question. Then some users have their name in red, what does that color mean. I did not find it in the Forum's FAQ.

For the record here are the threads that I think should to be moved from fun stuff/lounge :

-> Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search/PrimeNet "Stopping Prime95 from Attempting to Transmit Frivolous Result"
-> Other Stuff/Forum Feedback "Post needs moderator approval?"

And then perhaps, but that is more work, some threads in > New To GIMPS? Start Here!/Information & Answers could be moved as well to the adhoc sub fora. The threads were started in that sub forum because of the recent DOS attack on the forum or because the peolple who started them where not registered, but I think they can be moved once the unregistered user has finished posting for a time.

That is in no sense a secret.

Red names can moderate any thread. Green names can moderate only specific threads.
