I'm quite sure I never typed anything about M100,000,037 into worktodo. And what's with M101?
Have you been playing with the "Advanced" menu?

100.000.007 is 68.5% complete. George Waltman cleared server so now the process can be tracked through status.txt

I may have done that before on this computer; but I can't imagine how that would lead to tests about M100,000,037. As far as I know, the Advanced menu does not allow you to play around with exponents larger than M99,999,999.

P-1 Stage 2 on M100.000.039 is currently at 41,26%.

Strange: I am doing around 9 to 12 % per day, and thus should be finished in approx. 6 days from now (Jan. 17th or 18th), Prime95 estimates that I will finish around Jan. 31st.

That page (essentially) says that M100,000,007 has been running for only 6.9 days. Weird...

Anyway, I know that you have archived the top producers pages as well?

I believe I spoke too soon. My next 100 million project will not be in the M100,000,000 range, but rather in the 100 million digit range. Of course, I am only planning trial factoring and P-1 factoring, although I will do the complete factorization, in an attempt to get this exponent to the point of eventually being tested for primality. The number I am planning to work with is M332,192,831. It also, interestingly enough, has 100,000,007 digits! lol. I will start sometime around the end of February (after my other tests finish) and trial factor to 2^75. This will take until around May and will be worth ~18 CPU years. I will then P-1 factor, with parameters B1=1,000,000 and B2=100,000,000, which will take until July. If no factor is found, I may begin another test, far longer and worth upwards of 900 CPU years...

WOW - this quest is a real Star-Quest! Good Luck!

P.S.: Stage 2 of P-1 factoring of M100.000.039 is currently at 98.15%, so it should finish today. Strangely enough, P95 estimates the completion date to Feb. 5th! *LOL*

If you left Earth travelling at the speed of light, you could reach the star Sirius before this test will finish (on my current PC)! Of course, I will eventually upgrade my PC, so the time will be reduced. 100 million digits will finally be conquered!!!
