Riesel's are a different story though. At the present rate of testing, I estimate atleast a month before we enter the Top 5000 range (this takes into account the potential growth of the #5000 prime). We need more firepower!!! Who'll find the first one? Hmmm... Me? ![]() EDIT:- Of course, by first one, I mean the first one to be found by LLRNet. Last fiddled with by axn on 2006-09-19 at 21:37 |

Is there a way to set some goals in LLR-net?
* xxx tests needed to get all k tested upto n=2^17 * xxx tests needed to get all k tested upto n=2^18 * xxx tests needed to get all k tested upto n=2^19 etc... * xxx tests needed to get all k tested upto 1M digits? No idea how many digits we are on now... so some lower or higher limits might apply? * xxx candidates need to be cleared to get x Million remaining upto n=2M * Sieved upto 1T, 2T, 5T, 10T All for Riesel as well as Sierpinski of course :> If you can think of any more, lovely :) |

If you agree on some targets and the n value neded to reach it no problem to implement such a display.

In the stats, the weight of the primes isn't filled in (all at '0')
Is it something easily calculated? |

Yes. As a matter of fact, we already have those numbers -- if you look at the Reservation threads where all the k's are listed, you'll see the weights there. I'll check wth Lars to see if we can get them up there.

If I wanted my client (or a perl script wrapper) to be able to get candidates off the server, what protocol should it follow?
