I'm sure I'm over 20 amps, when all the machines AND monitors AND kvms AND UPSs AND switches/hubs AND lights are running. Most of the boxes eat somewhere between 50 and 65 watts (per a Brand wattmeter), but all of the Athlon boxes eat over 140, and the pair of dual Celerons (BP6) are close to that, as is the P-IV. I'm guessing more like 30 AMPs total.
I do spread the load out, though - every outlet in this room is on a seperate circuit (whjch is WHY this is the computer room), 4 of them 15 AMP circuits and the other a 20-AMP circuit. |

Nah, the more accurate statement is "I am QuintLeo and I am a Distributed Project addict."
9-) The electric actually is a tossup in the wintertime - it helps keep the heating bill a LOT lower, and I don't even usually turn the furnace ON more than 3 months out of the year. The rest of the year, though..... 8-O |
