Error 2250

I just got an Error 2250 when prime95 tried to update completion date. It worked prior times (last update on March 9th). Can it be, that it won't work just 1 second after booting the system, or is the server down?

Sometimes you get this error at the top of the hour when the server is busy generating new status and cleared and summary files. Try again for it is working for me.

At work in mid July I let my domain login password expire (45 day limit), so the network guru had to reset it.
Ever since, I get error 2250 whenever Prime95 tries to connect.
More specifically (all ip addresses have been masked):

This machine has worked fine for years, and I've never needed a primenet.ini file.

I created one and tried many permutations of the following:
ProxyHost=sprite.plaza.ds.adp.com
ProxyIP=xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
MersenneIP=64.66.6.250
Debug=1
UseFullURL=1 (also 2)

Any ideas on what I need to do?
Or is there something else the netguru has to do?

Update:
I spoke with several of my co-workers and discovered that the proxy server was upgraded earlier. I just happened to have my password expire between that and Prime95 trying to communicate. So I will work with the techs to get the ports unblocked, or whatever.
