I know that this was discussed a few months ago, but I wondered if George could help me again by telling me how PrimeNet calcluates the trial factoring time taken i.e. precisely what formula is used.
Also is it possible to have access to both the starting and the ending bit depth when the factoring result is produced, whether or not the exponent has found a factor. It would certainly make my life a lot easier :D |
