I think we should eliminate the concept of First pass and second pass, since we have to use the same .dat file anyway. First pass and second pass just makes things confusing.

Any objections?

This division is already set up. I think Citrix meant to eliminate this "available as second pass" stuff, and just make the range available normally. I personally would prefer that the second pass definition be kept, and included in somewhere easy to be read (like a FAQ), as that would maintain the organization, clearly stating to the participants that they are double-checking.

I think we will do this then(if everyone else agrees). But there is no need to make a FAQ etc for right now. There is a range of less than 10 T that lies in the "red zone". We should finish this first and once this is done all the red stuff will go away anyway and things will become simpler, as Ltd indicated in one of his previous posts.
