Step one lower timeings on memory and clock your cpu back to stock speeds if problem keeps up then what you will want to do is try swaping sticks of memory.

There is only an error when I try to run the blend torture test, but the other tests, small FFT's and in place large FFt's work fine. What test do you recommend I run?

Blend-only failures strongly indicate memory problems. Try either slowing down the memory bus, more lenient memory timings, boosting voltage to memory, or replacing the memory sticks.

Also consult ocforums.com. Readers there may have more experience as to the most common failure with your A64 setup.

I changed everything in the bios back to auto and now the blend test in prime95 works. I checked the memory timings in the bios and it is 2.5-3-3-5 2T and it doesn't match the recommended timings from the manufacturer. Why is it not stable at the recommended specs.

Because the manufacturer lies to sell their product.

What outlnder says is true, but it is not the whole truth.
Any manufactured product, and particularly something as sensitive to variation as a chip, motherboard, processor etc. will exhibit some variation in performance from one item to the next. You could buy ten chips and not find two that perform exactly the same. For 99.9% of users this is not a problem. Their computer will still run games, word processor, DVD player and so on. Prime95 subjects your setup to the most extensive workout it is ever going to get. So it would actually be surprising if it never found fault with someones rig, rather than the other way around. Sometimes you get lucky and get a good one. Yours evidently is not in that category, but that does not necessarily mean you have been duped.
