I've completed Cullen base 60 to n=1.5M. The only primes found were those three.

Would you mind adding b=14? That is the only one that is not reserved and not searched to n=1e6.

Sure. Reserving b=14 through n=1M as well.

Thanks. Of course I wouldn't be surprised if you find your next mega-digit Cullen prime with base 14.

Out of curiosity are you using gcwsieve, gcwsievecl, or something else? How deeply are you sieving?

I am nearly done searching b=14,16,17,18,19,20 to n=1M. Primes found so far:
