My first post, so apologies if this is a FAQ - did a quick search but couldn't find anything.
I have a small home network with a handful of machines running Slurm and Linux. Until now I have just opened a shell window on machines and run mprime interactively. I would like to run mprime as a batch job, but not sure of the best way to automate the interaction. "expect" maybe? But I'm not an expert at this. Does anybody have a sample Slurm job script they could share? Thanks in advance. Best wishes -- Peter |
