My cluster of PCs running Prime95 will soon be relocated to a new lab, and the units will be shut down for a month or more. What is the best way to get each machine to finish the current exponent but not start on another assignment?

You can add NoMoreWork=1 in prime.txt (while Prime95 does not run). This solution, unfortunately, needs to be done for each machine.

Note that after it finishes with NoMoreWork=1, it will set UsePrimenet=0, which you'll need to remove when you want to fetch new exponents.

Right! In that case, it might be better to set DaysOfWork=0 in prime.txt. In either case, you will have to revert something when you resume eventually.
