No. ECM has polynomial stage 2 in 30.9/30.10, P+1 not yet.

I've just completed the factorization effort on 17.1M. Now this range has 4000 Mersenne numbers factored.

I found 101 factors, 83 of them with B1 = 1M, B2 = 500M and 18 of them with B1 = 4M, B2 = 2G.

I am reserving 3.12M with B1=30000000, B2=~76836846450, since I have already done quite a bit of P-1 Stage 1 and has started working in Stage 2.

Progress in my other ranges:
4.96M ECM to T25 is slowly progressing, now at M4961543, estimated completion: 2024
8.90M & 8.91M & 8.93M completed, 8.95M just started, 8.94M halfway done.
8.92M will be done with high bounds (B1=50000000, B2=~1281*B1) in order to reach <200 unfactored. Now the stage 1 of 10/~217 exponents are done, currently doing stage 1 without reporting results.
8.98M planning to start.

I didn't notice any activity in 3.1M so I reserved the whole range about a month ago on post #1
I've completed S1 and S2 on 20 exponents in the 3.12M sub-range already and about 50 more up to 3.123M with Stage1 with B1= about 9M; including the 10 you have already S1'd to 30M. This will make my effort wasted.

I don't report results until both S1 and S2 are complete; scheduled for about a 6 weeks from now.

Did you by any chance mean to reserve 3.11M? since 3.12 is already under 200 Unfactored and 3.11 needs 12 more.

Let me know what you want to do.
Can you hold off 3.12M for a while until I am done?
Otherwise I need to discard my assignments and find other.

Other exponents are totally untested.

I don't want my effort to go to waste either, so I would like to finish Stage 2 on the exponents I have tested.
Others are freely left for you.

I do not mean to reserve 3.11M.

There are about 25 exponents below 100K (i.e. p<1e5) with B1 less than the value prescribed for this project. I'm going to complete those exponents in the next few days.
