They have just had a record snow fall in your part of the country, but for some reason, it has all melted in the area around your house!

You start an organization to shut down the nearby nuclear plant. Not because you object to nuclear power -- you just want to get your hands on that cooling tower!

Of course, once the plant shuts down, there won't be enough power to run your DC farm ...
