I found the benchmark.results.txt file. Is that where I get benchmark values to submit for cpu benchmarks? Or is there a menu function to run benchmarks. I cannot find any means to submit benchmarks on the website. How is this function performed?
Obviously this is not a common problem, as nothing is produced relating to it in 'search'. Thanks for all the help. |

Benchmarks are automatically sent to the server -- which does not do much with the data.

How meaningful are old style benchmark results nowadays? Since we are usually memory bound today, wouldn't it be a nice idea to have a new benchmark database e.g. keeping the best throughput (iterations/s) for different FFTs, but additionally saving the worker and threads-per-worker values, that gave the best throughput?
That's certainly not a small amount of work; but should we at least think about this? |

Throughput benchmarks are sent to the server (for the last several prime95 versions). There are no web pages to display any of that data.
