Albeit I am "forced" into liking purple , I however believe three red stars are better than two purple stars, hehe...(only [5] 4 factors to be found in 4.4M as of today, but the twok table still has to catch up, it shows [8] 5, which is also 3 red stars).

We just found a big advantage of working in 4.4M as opposite of working in 11M: when we open the twok table, we don't have to waste time and resources to scroll down...

4.4M is done.

195 ranges to go.

@axn, I really wanted to let you the honor of finishing the range, haha, but we found the last two factors in the same time overnight, so I reported mine in the morning (it was 2:45 AM here, when you reported yours).

Should we move to 4M7, or should I go back to 11M?

Ok, after some more looking around, I took 4.78M downwards to 4.74M, both inclusive. I skipped 4.79, 4.73, and 4.72 because there are less than 200 candidates in these sub-ranges, but will go back to them if we do not have enough factors at the end. Especially 4.79 has a lot of potential, there is very little P-1 done there, but I just shipped it for now, like you said, let some low hanging fruits.
This will let you enough candidates to work in 4.70 and 4.71, where I see you reporting results.

Is that OK?

(edit: @Mike: I am typing this from Ubuntu/Firefox and still have the issue with additional space inserted after each paragraph, I have to re-open and edit, so it is not Windows related )

@Chalsall: If available, I would like to start taking 15.9Mto 71 bits.

As a side note, 15 M is now the only 1M range in the whole Primenet working space with more than 21,000 numbers yet to factor. Let´s kill´em, let´s get´em...

With 4.7m done, I'm switching over my workers to 5.2m (as and when their current queues are emptied).

I don't know if LaurV is ready to move on to 11M or still would like to stick around at the lower end.

The current plan has SRBase factoring 11M to 72 bits. Looks like it'll be at least a month until he completes that.

Yes. Perhaps chalsall and rebirther can coordinate and push that range to the top of the queue?!
