I've briefly checked the history of TJAOI's results. No obvious missed factors turn-ins. It seems this was the first one. But James, if generous enough, could search the entirety of their results for any other previously missed factors.

Every time I think about James, I think about how much he does for us. I can safely say that James is even more of a jewel than any Mersenne prime.

James is one of the quiet ones. So is Aaron. And George.

Don't make them angry. You wouldn't enjoy them when they're angry...

I like that Hulk reference However I believe the quote goes like this: "You're making me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." - Hulk, 2003

Yes, all those good men, doing the best they can. The real treasure of the search.

The search problem is a bit more complex than I originally thought, but I have it working now:

Catching up on this thread, are there any ranges where I could help out for these missed factors? I can get through 5,000Ghz-d/day that I'm otherwise putting toward a couple of vanity ranges.

I don't think there are any, at least not from obviously suspect users.

I recommend putting that effort into FTC wavefront TF.

User Seth_Tr turned in quite a few bad results.

Do we know the history there?

I think in all those cases, the NF result is return after the factor is already known (note the highlighting on the Date (F) column indicating which result was reported first). I think all these are artifacts of continuing factoring the bitrange beyond a known factor (sometimes Seth's own factor, sometimes somebody else's).
I don't think any of these are "bad results".

I did a bunch of TF work trying to expand manyfactors. One part of that work was testing all the ranges that HAD factors for additional factors* and then marking the range as no factor (NF) so that the actual column was more correct.

* mfaktc hasn't always reported if the whole range was tested or if it stopped after the first factor.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the clarification :-)

There are many such 'factor, no factor' results in the database. Regardless of how they were generated, they should all mean the same thing: a factor found, then no _more_ factors in the bit level.
