Is that two 3M+ gaps with no known boundaries or do you know some of the boundary primes?

Depending on your numbers and the distribution of my current workload I may sieve a little deeper myself. (Edit:) As preliminary info: the log of the numbers is about 223888, and I expect the gaps to be in the vicinity of 3.5M. Quote:
Yesterday I checked whether my PC still detects primes if presented to it. During the last two weeks there was only one prime (the one on the + side) while eight are expected on average. Last fiddled with by mart_r on 2021-05-04 at 17:24 |

Couple of updates in April / May
Exciting news from Martin Raab about some new top 5 largest gaps coming later this year. Craig did it again! They submitted the third largest gap by merit a 38.5 merit record in a recent batch of 373#/210 updates Code:
14496 Loizides 2021 38.5122 1361120900593121*373#/210 -6502 Seth Troisi improved the records 38162 and 49646. So there's only one gap under 50,000 with merit < 20. You can see this on the gap interval stats page or the merit graph We continue to submit new records and improvements at a breakneck pace; 17,500 so far this year! |

One of my 3M+ gaps is final!
3397520 15.1751 224423#/102233201070-1888326 The other is still pending, but will be >4M now. Until then, for good measure, here's a sub-3M gap too: 2675288 11.9492 224423#/103083710730-784202 I've attached a list of factors >109 for both gaps, hope this helps a bit. |

I added a new graph of record by year
https://primegaps.cloudygo.com/graph...100000&by_year It's semi-uniform (some years focused on some intervals more than others) so no big surprised. 2021 is probably the most non-uniform year (because of my work on 1511# and 2221# and Craig's focus on 2,000 to 20,000. --- Also I need to change the website url (cloudygo.com belongs to another project of mine that I'm handing off). Any suggestions for URL: primes.dev? primeprimeprime.org? something else? |

You're the best!
The other gap finally got empocketed this morning. 4397298 19.6406 224423#/107371994730-2375864 Factors between 1e9 and 414e9 attached. primegapworks.org? I'm not quite in a creative phase right now... Last fiddled with by mart_r on 2021-05-18 at 19:57 |

I slightly updated the server. On the prime-gap-list github I deleted the extra server branch and everything happens directly out of the master branch. I also updated the README file.
https://github.com/primegap-list-project/prime-gap-list --- ATH thanks for verifying 2 of Martin's records. The last 3M+ gap still needs to be verified (by me or a volunteer) then I'll add the 3 records manually to the github project. |

I was verifying the 4M+ gap as well, I'm probably 50-75% done, but I'm on vacation and my computer at home is shut down due to a power outage. I will be home Tuesday evening.

I've come back after a little time away to look at something else, but found this on day 1 of searching
542206 27.573 x*19867#/46410-y Rather tasty, I would say. |
