I worked a job that literally was that. The funniest thing was that the head person in charge 24/7 (as opposed to the overall bosses) was known as the Shifty. Oh how often I wanted to deface signs on their nameplate, etc.

I did some tests. The requests are loaded, for instance I found some ”positive” words rather negative, the test puts a lot weight on dexterity, I also found that trying to go quicker and the fatigue play a role. In my case the test drew a wrong conclusion ;-). Then in the concluding questions I didn’t find an answer I could agree with for most of the questions (but I almost always have that problem ;-).
Then perhaps they shouldn't take answers from people outside the US of A.
