Laptop CPU

I have a laptop with a 1.5GHz Celeron M processor. While running Prime95's torture test. The CPU temperature ran about 70C. Too hot, or not?

I tried using the "throttle" setting that goes in the "prime.ini" file. I did not make any difference; all the way up to 1000ms.

I'm not sure if the throttle kicks in for a torture test. It sure works for a regular LL test.
