I'm afraid I can't help you there. Because I'm not in the "Great US of A", I've never been granted the option of paying for the service.

But, you *are* paying for the service!

Surely ("Don't call me Shirley...") there has to be a way for you to contact the Service Provider as part of the Service Agreement?

This is what I could find:

Send us feedback!

If you have any feedback for us, please let us know. The best way to send feedback is by using the Help > 'Send feedback...' menu. If you encounter usage limits in Colab Pro and would be interested in a product with higher usage limits, do let us know.

If you encounter errors or other issues with billing (payments) for Colab Pro, please email [colab-billing@google.com](mailto:colab-billing@google.com).

Google is your friend.

I found a bug or have a question, who do I contact?

Open any Colab notebook. Then go to the Help menu and select ”Send feedback...”.
I'll give it a shot and report.
EDIT: Sent feedback. Waiting.

I sent one in too...the more the better.

My sessions aren't even running for more than a minute or so before stopping. My last one lasted 18 seconds.

Good on the feedback. As you say, the more complaints the better.
18 seconds is the worst yet.
I started a single notebook on a paid account which ran about 55 minutes. I am restarting it and adding one as another test.
EDIT: Latest Paid attempt ran about 4 minutes.

later:

2108 CST (US): Test ran for 17 minutes. No response from Support yet, but that's no surprise.
2145 CST: Latest test run is still going at 32min.

I'll tell you honestly, although it's not in my interest, as I can only afford the free account. Paid users should at least get a P100 runtime all the time. In addition, google colab (cloud) should include AMD Radeon MI100 Insticts in their offer in the future, at least if they work stable than with Ubuntu . Google has enough money for such a purpose.

I understand your interests in different GPUs, and I agree that Google could provide them. However, we are operating in a rather strange environment here. Never think that Google does this out of generosity. I see this as some kind of experiment. It reminds me of the semester of behavioral psychology I had.One of the concepts I retain is that intermittent reinforcement, in behavioral terms, is more effective at getting responses than 100%, every time rewards.
I have no idea of Google's intentions. I am just riding this wave of wonderful compute power.
EDIT: The last two Paid attempts ran for 0:41 and 2:10. Normally, 4 of these would run for 20-22 hours.

Free account.
I am running 2 sessions of GPUOwl P-1.
By far P100 is the only GPU worthy of it...4, 6, and 8 times faster than all the rest.
Most days I can get 2; sometimes it takes half a dozen tries; sometimes dozens of tries.
They last for 5-8 hours.

Well, this is a first for me. If this is the policy going forward, then I'll let my Colab paid account run out and not renew. Will stick to mfaktc on my personal machine.

FWIW: A test run on a paid account is still running at 1:20. (11/6/2020, 1620 UTC)

Same issue here, I have a paid account and my instances are ending in 5-10 minutes.
