Proth 2.0
On Discord Primegrid channel Yves announce Proth2.0
This is OpenCL GPU version for searching ONLY candidates on base 2 and plus 1 ( k*2^n+1) There is lot of work to do, but even now it is fully functional and very fast app. I run it over night and found two small primes ( 43000 digits)

I have good news and bad news. It complies cleanly on OS X and runs correctly using the NVIDIA GPU. The bad news is that it does not run correctly on the AMD GPU. I have submitted a bug report to Apple as I suspect the driver is buggy. This isn't the first time I have reported a bug like this to Apple and they were fairly good as fixing the last one.

Communications and data management, mostly. The software as it exists accepts and produces local data; something has to be written to grab input data from the project and send results back.
