[Moderator note: I suppose it was inevitable that this forum would eventually acquire a thread analogous to the (in)famous one in Penthouse magazine, in which (real and fake) readers share (real and fake) reminiscences of memorable (real and fake) trysts of yore. In this case the current thread was split off from a math-related one. Note that the title is not intended to be gender-restrictive ... in US colloquial speech I have actually heard members of the younger set use the phrase "X has a boner for Y" as a non-gender-of-X-specific euphemism for physical attraction, much as e.g. "you guys" long ago stopped being a male-specific speech reference. We at present have resorted to an 'adults only' thread-title warning, but are working to try to make this actually enforceable by the forum software, perhaps based on user ages as submitted at time of forum registration.]
