Thanks to Devaraj I've got the original Pomerance’s proof. The proof sounds clear and reasonable to me. Carl proved that every 3-factor Carmichael number is Devaraj's as well. But his proof can be easily extended to general r-factor Carmichael numbers.
So I can explain or repeat Pomerance’s proof (with his approval) if anybody is interested.

If you have got Pomerance' original proof sanctioned by him for publication kindly post it here and make it simpler to undersatnd than the original. Also please show us how it can be extended as stated by you to general r-factor Carmichael no.s
