See the following link for a basic description of Goldston's work.
Small gaps between consecutive primes It seems that Goldston's (et al) claim was made in 2003, and a 'technical error' turned up. The shame of it Goldston claims that the error is now fixed. Goldston's Mathpage Here is the preprint of their paper. Small Gaps between Primes Exist |
