Default George Floyd's death "homicide by asphyxiation."

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...t-news-updates

Private autopsy declares George Floyd's death "homicide by asphyxiation."

"Pathologists who conducted the examination β€œfound the manner of Mr Floyd’s death was homicide caused by asphyxia due to neck and back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain....and impeded his ability to breathe,” a statement released by the family and their attorneys said today."

Finally, a statement of the obvious truth.

It doesn't matter if it is direct asphyxiation or not. Compressing the carotid and jugular on one side while the person is having having a panic attack related to claustrophobia contributed to their death.
Either way it could fit under https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.205 or https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.195

https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.185 (7) is also a possibility. But, that is a a harder ask.

I'll take your word for it because INA(American)Lawyer.

If it had happened in the UK the would have hit the fan, though perhaps not quite so violently. That said, the frustrations engendered by the CV19 lockdown would (IMAO) have made a violent response more likely over here in Airstrip One.

I find it sadly ironic that some of the US black community have almost certainly increased their likelihood of dying from CV19 through their wilful disregard of infection control. I have yet to see anyone, in the MSM or elsewhere, making this observation.

I am a big fan Mohandas Gandhi who seemed to grasp this concept. He was assassinated long before I was born so have no direct contact with the regime to which he was opposed.

We should be aware of provocateurs and organized criminal activity taking advantage of the protests. See attached for an example of a provocateur. This creep came through, smashed windows, and took off. I have also seen protesters confronting 2 white women who were spray painting a business with hijacked "Black Lives Matter" slogans. When confronted by people saying that protesters would be blamed, these two bitches took off.

That has been noted abundantly.

On live TV the reporters and anchors ('news readers' to the Limeys) have noted the risk of C19 spread. The protesters have mentioned it and that this was more important than their personal safety.

On a medical show (podcast) the Dr. was talking about the medical discrimination in the good ole US of A. (It was their theme of the week). Then at the end mentioned that for those going to such protests, be aware of the C19 risks, cover your face, keep social distance when at all possible, and gave advice about the risks and immediate treatment for tear gas, pepper spray, and mace. Also, advice was given that would help with medical care if the person became incapacitated. Also the Dr. suggested that those that need life sustaining meds be aware that they may not be able to get/take them for many hours if they are detained.

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time.
Nowhere in there is the right to breathe. A deliberate omission perhaps?
