I've written more than once about ETAs in the distant future, which is caused quite naturally by an expectation that a single machine is running the project and clients have not, as yet, uploaded any results.

This time, as results came in, I received ETAs into the past:

I reported that effect to the CADO-NFS mailing list a year or two ago. Extrapolation of my early results suggested that the factorization would be complete in roughly 4000BCE
