17 months ago I bought Tacande Observatory in La Palma. The previous owner replaced its web site with an "under construction" notice.

It's taken some time but http://www.astropalma.com now has some astronomical content again. Lots more work still to be done, of course.

Comments welcome. Constructive comments especially welcome.

Small privacy issue: putting a Google map directly on your front page gives them an exhaustive list of everyone who visits your site.

I note the smilie and appreciate the word play but the Tor browser works just as effectively on the web as a whole. It's a shame that this is not more widely known. IMAO, of course.

I love that line at the bottom of the page: "This site does not use cookies. By continuing to use this website, you agree to their absence." If only that applied to lots more sites on the interweb.
